Xion Agri stated 30 years ago as a plantation-consultant firm and landscaping business in Mumbai, India. Over the past three decades Xion Agri has consulted and developed over 35,000 acres of land globally. Today Xion Agri is divided into three divisions:
One of the key drivers for increasing yield and overall productivity is the availability of farm mechanization. Xion has set up distribution of these implements and tractors in Sudan. Xion through its counterparts in Sudan distributes Sonalika Tractors and Aspee Implements.
Xion has established sourcing centers in Africa primarily Sudan and Ethiopia to source local produce and export the same globally to its clients the world over. We believe in ensuring complete quality control and make sure we adopt best practices to ensure that happens.
Xion has approximately 2500 acres of land under commercial farming with its own infrastructure setup to carry out farming cleaning, packing and storage. Xion has 300,000 sqft of storage facilities in India, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Xion's team works closely with the farmers to ensure best yields for the farmers. Today Xion is working closely with 1500 farmer in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Futher Xion has a team of 6 agronomist’s to assist in the contract farming along with local team strength of 10 district and area managers.
Xion is primarily focused on land banking for townships and is currently working on projects for leading construction houses. On of the key projects for Xion is the Township in the Northern suburbs of Mumbai spread over 700 acres of land.
